2019 was a rough year for me art-wise. I didn't get much done. I hadn't yet realized the limitations my old Wacom Intuos was placing on my art and I wasn't very motivated. I did make a couple of things I'm really proud of, though!
I can't say that I remember much of 2018... it was kind of a blur, with my job picking up speed, but I drew my favorite original piece ever (so far) during that year!
2017 was a really good art year for me! I did a lot of growing and improving and I think this is the point at which I truly started to LIKE and be proud of my art. I'm so proud of my 2017 pieces!
2016 was an absolutely wild ride; my mom had a terrible health crisis, I got my first job, I moved out, there was an election you may have heard about... it was a tough year. but I got better at managing my chronic pain, and my art improved!
2014 & 2015
2014 and 2015 were quite literally the worst years of my life. Because of injury and mental illness I had to drop out of college. I was barely able to draw much at all between Feb. 2014 and Nov. 2015, but what I did manage to draw, I'm very proud of.
2012 & 2013
These are from my years in community college, where I was taking figure drawing classes and really stating to grow as a digital artist. 2012 was when I jumped from just coloring pencil drawings digitally to actually drawing digital.
